The narrator does not have an annoying voice or technique, and does a consistent and recognizable impression of the characters.
The narration may not be the best I've ever heard, but it is certainly excellent and has qualities most people will appreciate. The very complimentary narrating is most agreeable as well. The well written story is the shining start. The story has love, family, forgiveness, friendship, betrayal, naive-stupidity, intuitive wisdom, and more character qualities than I can comfortably list. This book is of the purest, most well written line of books I have read all year, and stands above and beyond general expectations for the genre. It aches to have to read such poorly chosen details in any book and sometimes it is the featured content of a book, making it certainly garbage, despite thoroughly developed writing skill. I sometimes complain about weak writing, critically compromised main characters, or fundamental misunderstandings about life portrayed as normal, respectable, or factual.
