This is such a joyful, immersive book, written with a true passion for reading that shines of the pages. But there is certainly also a great plot, with some proper dangerous moments, plenty of twists and several reveals. Actually, it was a lot of fun to learn how this bookwandering works. Anna Jones also captured the personalities of Alice and Anne spot on, which i feel is so important to make a story like this work.Īlthough a lot of time is spent on the world building, this is never boring. I love the detail of him being dyslexic but still loving to read stories (via audiobooks).
